New Years Party Information

      • 個人会員の方は、ご自身の配偶者またはパートナー1名までを、同じ「個人会員価格」で登録することができます。The spouse or partner of an individual member may be registered at the individual member rate for up to one person.

 

  • 当日、お着物でご来場いただいた方の中から抽選で、豪華賞品が当たります。皆様、是非お着物を着て、一緒に新年をお祝いしましょう！会場にて記念写真を撮影する為のフォトブースもご用意しております。プロのカメラマン・中村さんがフォトブースにてお写真を撮影いたします。ボランティアでご対応頂く中村さんへのチップは直接お渡し下さい。
    On the event day, those who come in KIMONO will be randomly selected to win luxurious prizes. Please wear KIMONO and celebrate the New Year together! We will also have a photo booth available for taking photos at the venue. Professional photographer Mr. Nakamura will be taking photos at the photo booth. Please hand the tip for Mr. Nakamura, who is assisting as a volunteer, to him directly.

 

  • 当日、会場にて着物の着付けコーナーをご用意しております。着付け師の五十嵐さんが、開演時間前までご対応いたします。当日、着付けをご希望の方は、各自お着物一式をご持参ください。なお、当日のレンタルは行っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。着付けコーナーのご利用は無料ですが、チップは随時受け付けております。ボランティアでご対応いただく五十嵐さんへ、直接お渡しください。

    We will have a kimono dressing station available at the venue on the day of the event. Ms. Igarashi, a professional kimono dresser, will be assisting guests before the party starts. If you would like to have your kimono dressed, please bring your own full kimono set. Please note that kimono rentals will not be available on the day. The kimono dressing service is free of charge; however, tips are warmly accepted. If you wish to offer a tip, please give it directly to Ms. Igarashi, who is kindly volunteering her time.

  • 本パーティは、JBAA会員、その家族、また会員のゲスト限定のパーティーです。（もし、JBAA会員の方で、ゲストをお連れしたい場合は、JBAA非会員価格でのご案内となります。その場合は、まずJBAA会員の方全員をご登録を頂き、別途、非会員のゲストの方の登録をお願い致します。その際、お申込み代表者は、JBAA会員の方のお名前をご記入ください。
  • お⻝事、デザート、お飲み物のご提供、またキッズコーナー、また豪華景品が当たるド アプライズやラッフルなど、さまざまなイベントを予定しております。ラッフルで集まった金 額はアリゾナ学園スクールへ寄付されます。
  • 当日、バーカウンターにて、ビール、ワイン各種を各自ご購入頂けます。お会計は、現金、クレジットカード、ApplePayがご利用頂けます。
  • お申込みの際に、ご入力頂いた情報を元に、最後に合計金額をお知らせします。入力情報にお間違えのない様、申請ボタンを押される前に、再度ご確認をお願い致します。
  • 登録時に入力頂いたEmailに、こちらからの自動送信のEmailを受信された時点で、登録完了となります。もし、自動送信のEmailを受信されない場合、登録されたEmailに誤りがあるか、最後に”申請”ボタンを押されていない可能性があります。
  • 登録後、お支払いが完了した時点で、お席の確保をさせて頂きます。お支払いは、Zelleでの送金をお勧めしております。その際、登録代表者のお名前をフルネームで必ず記載して下さい。
  • Zelleでのお支払いが出来ない方は、小切手にてお支払い下さい。(お支払い方法は、登録画面の最後に記載しております。)
  • 上記を全て確認されましたら、下記よりお申込みをお願い致します。
  • 登録後、キャンセル、変更が発生した場合、 jbaa.kanrisha@gmail.comまで至急ご連絡下さい。
  • This party is reserved for JBAA members and their families and guests only. If you are a JBAA member and would like to bring guests, you can bring your guest by the JBAA non-member price. In that case, please register the JBAA members first and then register your NON-JBAA member guest separately. (When you register your guest, please put your FULL name as a representative.)
  • We are planning various events, such as a meal, assorted desserts,
    drinks, a Kid’s Corners, a raffle and door prizes. You might win
    some wonderful prizes. Money collected from the raffle will be donated to Arizona Gakuen School.
  • The bar is available at the venue, and alcoholic beverages can be purchased using cash, credit card, or Apple Pay.
  • We will inform you of the total amount at the end, based on the information you provided during the registration process. Please double-check that the data you entered is correct before pressing the 'Submit' button.
  • After payment, we will reserve your seat. We recommend using Zelle for payment. When making a payment through Zelle, please be sure to include the FULL name of the registered representative. (You can find the 'How-to-Pay' instructions at the end of the registration.)
