明日開催を予定しておりました「JBAA Fallピクニック」ですが、
悪天候（暴風雨）が予想されているため、バウンスハウスなどの設置が難しく、イベントは中止とさせていただきます。
なお、チェリーブロッサムヌードルカフェ様からのお弁当の受け渡しのみ、午後3時より実施いたします。
事前にご登録いただいた大人用・子供用のお弁当をご用意してお待ちしておりますので、どうぞお気をつけてお越しください。

遠方にお住まいの方や、その他のご事情によりお弁当の受け取りが難しい場合は、赤いボタンをクリックのうえ、ご登録をお願い致します。当日の天候状況を見て判断される場合でも、こちらのフォームから当日午後1時 MSTまでにご登録をお済ませください。

お弁当の受け渡しは、駐車場に最も近いラマダにて行います。

The JBAA Fall Picnic, which was scheduled to take place tomorrow, has unfortunately been canceled due to the forecast of severe weather (including strong winds and rain).
Because of the expected conditions, it will be difficult to set up the bounce house and other equipment.

However, we will still proceed with bento pickup from Cherry Blossom Noodle Café starting at 3:00 PM.
We will have the adult and child bento boxes ready for those who registered in advance, so please come safely.

If you live far away or are otherwise unable to pick up your bento, please click the red button below and submit your information.Even if you wish to decide based on the weather conditions on the day, please complete your registration through this form by 1:00 PM MST on the event day.

Bento pickup will take place at the Ramada closest to the parking lot. Please see below for parking information.
